time to short?

Since their AGM PPX has gone up roughly 70 cents or 25%. At the AGM they stated conditions have deteriorated and earnings will be down even further.

Not sure who is supporting it but the volume going up has been absolutely tiny. I also see some bearish divergence.
I think sellers will step in soon. Perhaps a double top coming up.
