good to hear from you as always.yr posts on vre convinced me is a good buy.trouble is would have to sell some shares and pay the taxman.and unlike the rich boys dont have spare cash.
you dont dish out good loans as well as good advice do you because i woulldnt mind topping up mcr as well as buying vre
