I know the feeling too much to buy on the market and just not enough to fund it all.

Sorry not to be able to help with the finances just my occational post has to do till now...lol

VRE should do well imho both commodities they are getting ready for are in strong demand at the moment with the prices to show for it.

Wait for the Carnilya hill announcement that should do the trick imho.
