Of course there is still no real idea what the value is for what has been found let alone and more importantly what has not been found regards exploration...yet!
I imagine the true value less all debits to be easily worth $20-$30 and much more if the sub salt drill sites in Brazil was drilled successfully.
Throw in new blocks offshore WA and Peru as well though as mentioned "how long is a piece of string"
I listened to that radio interview with Bob from pre Bilby etc days and the reality seems that the Karoon story has just begun with years and years of work to do before true value is recognised. Sadly I would be retired by then and still stunned that the current assets can not recognised in the valuation and the mess the management drove the company into re: Grace. I imagine it has been a big lesson learnt however? Right now would be a good time to pick us off..I think many of us have had it.
