Please refer to my previous posting on voluntary suspension.

There is no legal basis for the suspension.

There is no legal basis for the extension of the suspension.

Was anybody out there not aware that the company would have to raise funds one way or another? The whole idea of a temporary suspension is that the market does not trade uninformed. How they raise funds and how much is completely irrelevant. The market was fully aware of the fact. You and I are deprived of our rights to take a position on what we believe will happen.
You may as well put all companies on permanent suspension until all drill results are in etc. That way there would not be any "speculation" on what would happen.

Utter garbage, and it pains me greatly to see posters here justifying the suspension. Don't forget many companies do not come out of "voluntary suspensions" a la ABC etc etc.
