The culture they defend and the lack of progression they promote by way of government lobbying is all out there being shared on social media.
And when a policeman has to be culturally sensitive, standing by and unable to do nothing, it's apparent there are social standards that require addressing.
Is there anyone out there ready to defend this behaviour?

This is a cultural thing. The police don't interfere. There are many thousands of such videos of fights, many between females.
