Nice market update today. Really time for people to start paying attention to these guys.
They announced today they have 18 stores signed up at the moment, with a target of 25 when their business officially kicks off on the 1st of July.
Anyone with any idea of the margins available in this industry has got to like this story. A net profit of $5m would put these guys on $1.50 a share based on a PE of 15.
Still a speccy? Yes for sure. Afterall, they are not making anything yet. Definitely one for the watchlist though. Only 53 million shares (including all listed and unlisted options.)
Not a traders stock, as the liquidity is not there, but anyone happy to hold for a year or two is on an absolute winner with this one IMO.
Research, research, research.
