it is true that they have the cash but there are also liabilities sitting on the balance sheet.the least of which is a latent tax liability if they do not acquire suitable assets to offset the recent capital gain on the sale of the EF assets

i suppose the market is waiting until it all gets a bit clearer..the quarterly due out in late January will make for interesting reading
