A lot of the analysts take conservative stands so they're not liable later on. I've been following the news on IO and the past couple of weeks i've noticed the mood has changed from "IO price rise has no basis that we can figure out so we're gonna be nay sayers" to "Oh looks like the price is gonna hold"
