Not sure what the relevance of your post is.
The simple reality is that if cash is going to be continued to be supplied to a continuing smaller number of people the cost has to be bourne by someone.
That cost is likely to be past onto the people who continue to use cash either in tellar fees, ATM fees or bank account fees is some form.
