I am not sure of the exact bubble you live in in downtown Latteville but i was at the coalface of the recent storms in SE Queensland and if you had no cash you were screwed for 48 hours unless you made an 80km round trip provided your car wasn,t under a tree or your Tesla had enough charge. Regional people are pretty switched on and solve crisis's and have solutions ( eg cash ). The only people upset by the inconvenience of not having cash were nosy city day trippers.
