From all we know so far, management seem very confident on where we are heading, however the dilution aspect before they can make those ann's is annoying.

The only blight on managements record IMO is not having a back up plan for funding while Monash could not deliver, I wouldn't call the current situation a suitable back up plan, we could have gone with La Jolla or Fortrend for the same outcome. And Arup would be happy being paid more for there services than what they charge.
