There are 3 other directors so what are they contributing in ideas, contacts or even putting money into the company?
sure, they are going to participate in the underwriting2 of the 3 had no shares in the company. All we are doing ATM is preventing the company from going into liquidation

i have been a loyal shareholder since 2011, supported all of the issues to the extent I could at the time. I did sell my options yesterday and today to put into a low interest bank account.
at least it should still be worth the same in a years time.
