I think your right, nothing is prgoressing with Leop because Monitor are waiting on Sentry sh1t to be signed and sp to increase as a result to raise a little cash.
I think judging by the fact leopard haven't given monitor the ar5e and have showed much patience is a good sign that the sentry deal is all but signed.
