IMO it won't be this side of new year, but likely early January or post the trial mining
$12M for something with those project economics is not a big ask, so IMO it is more of a who they chose and on what terms more than a when - as I don't see it being a struggle at all
They'll likely be hunting for someone to finance and take the offtake for them, so that narrows it down to a few key parties you would think
30c+ is realistic on successful mining trial and confirmation of finance
Near every research report I have seen has this pegged at 50c+ on production
