A nice sunny assessment oregyuy. I agree with most of it except point 3 but more on that later. I dont know if the PPA will be rolled over in May as there appears to be some interference around it...Hoping for the best. The killer punch is being allowed to sell the gas to whoever you want for what ever you can get for it. None of this is any good if you are forced to sell the lot to the locals for $2 per Gigajoule. I dont think we will know this till xmas but may be wrong ... however once approved the SP should skyrocket even if the plant is not finished by mere fact the gas is in the ground. Chandler finally taking up his rights is very interesting ... Could it be he is the savior or is just putting a shotgun up SE's arse? As for point 3 its my opinion SE is the biggest fraud and liar to ever hang out a shingle. I believe that cap raising was totally unnecessary as it suited him and not the shareholders...Some time ago he was offered finance at half decent rates to retire those notes and continue building but knocked it back...Why I dont know. My feelings tell me keep your eyes on Chandler.
