These projects are dead in the water ... no progress to report.
The question you should be asking is progress on the events that will enable the projects.
The substation in the Philippines is definitely been sabotaged ... I've been trying to find out who , why and how successful they might be.
The LNG plant wont progress without gas to liquify.
Both these issues must be solved first before lenders will give us a dime to start building again.
