Break out is technical ,, and it has technically just had a medium term breakout. What remains to be see is whether that is sustained. Usually technical breakouts in equities are backed up by significant volumes... Not sure how to judge that with silver, derivatives, paper and the other smoke and mirrors involved with PM's..
