Good stuff Phantom but I would look at this article which is as good, IMO, as you will get re "fluctuating" costs of producing Ag.

I think Paris is unique and so should have a lower AISC but they have previously said that USD20 (from memory) will get things moving in the production area.

The other problem with Ag is that POS tends to "overshoot" on either side and if it gets to the low teens after hitting say, high 30s, you have a real problem?

Having said all this I have doubts whether POS will ever go to the low teens again so if we get going, and the co manages the production well and maintains a healthy reserve (amongst other things), Paris will always do well once the infrastructure is set up in the good times - as I said Paris IS unique!
