    It's probably been mentioned here before, but can anyone clarify what rules there are concerning Hanlong accumulating after the board has recommended the company to accept the offer?

    I believe with the last 50c proposal from Hanlong, Hanlong were forbidden to exceed more than owning 20% of SDL's total capital (they hold 18% or so I believe), but has that changed with their new offer?
