I'm sure, there are other ways to bring a test on market (with fingerpick-blood). The question is, what need you for a sensibility? Is 85% enough? Ok, you can work with the own chemistry, maybe...

But Troponin-Tests must be extremely sensitive and quick! You need a test-result, that >99% right, within 10 minutes!
That would be the best help for patients.

(Philips) PoC1 said, we can do it without Anteo (I think). Now, we don't see and hear anything about the Philips I-20!
