Hi rwe1964, I did ask and it is a messy scenario. If done properly can add great value to the share price bringing in some rather large monies. We would have to watch it though if they just go for a standard dual listing and create additional shares within the one company, at what is considered a discount to instos etc. This would in the short term dilute our Aust listing.
The overall was that if the company is not getting the support it needs here then an additional, if not a complete move to another listing was seen as the answer by these guys. Though there are a lot of associated costs and the leg work would need to be done rather comprehensively beforehand to make it a success. I hope we are kept up-to-date on this every step of the way.
