The only asset in the STO stable that WPL would consider., IMO, as desirable is the PNGLNG stake. From my understanding all the other STO assets are either Tier 2 or 3 or in the 3rd or 4th quartile on costs. Any STO t/o should value everything other than PNGLNG as zero.
