You would think that the time to top up would be today. Sp at 11 month lows. Expectation of news coming. However the market hasn't responded. Low volume today, at least the sp fall has stemmed the tide. Interesting what tomorrow brings. For me if you wanted to pick the bottom now would be a buy, but it definitely hasn't been confirmed due to lack of volume.
