Guys, you've got to keep things in perspective.

LNG has had a massive run and is now a $2bn ASX200 company.

Markets for too long have gotten fat on QE. Risk management has gone out of the window. VIX has been at historical lows. Valuations are stretched and M&A is taking off again.

Hell, even some here have been buying to pay a few bills.

Over exuberance or what!?

Just like a patient on morphine, the fix is great initially but then when it wears off, the effects of the op last for a while. And then recovery takes hold.

So whilst we can whinge at what the ASX does or doesn't, should or shouldn't do, shorters short, of course it's painful to see unrealised profits vanish.

Its only natural. And it's probably inevitable after an extraordinary run.

IMO it was unfortunate timing to see the Mr 1300% article, or MB state couldn't believe how quickly the SP had got to where it had, or if the LNG ticker was mistaken for Cheniere's, because all of these seemingly innocuous things can ironically be the catalyst for some to sell or short.

I said you must risk assess. You can't simply expect the price to keep rising without newsflow. Why else are the instos clambering for milestones to be hit and a third project?

But it's not all doom and gloom as we all know.

Things may just be a bit more measured so keep a perspective. (That's OK!!!)

Just look at the extraordinary growth potential.

Imminent milestones derisking Magnolia.

BH approvals in the next 6 months.

A third project.

A world class management & operational team with the track record to mitigate execution risks.
