For me, SYR has already hit the bottom. That is why is now keep fluctuating around $3.2 regardless the US market and any other potential risks. We are only waiting for any news like a cash flow or marketing update which will shoot the price up. Do not forget that SYR raised capital under $3.38 per share a few months ago.
The current share price is a real bargain.
