If I didn’t like the prospects of the company I would sell much more, especially if you have about 1.3 million shares. He did sell a similar amount a while ago, and since that time it has gone up. He maybe be selling to get some cash to buy options or other shares. Still doesn’t look good however I’m not that concerned, so long as the All Ords keeps tracking steadily higher.
