Well let’s define it with a time, say end of 2019. My guess is based on P/E ratios of about 35 to 40. Earnings are highly likely to be 6 cents, so price is likely to be closer to $2.40, however it may edge past that if outlook is good staff recruitment stops and some institutional investors start showing interest.
