Hi great question.
Personally, I have $x amount I'm waiting to invest. My price steps are as follows:
First parcel (30%) @ $36,
Second parcel (50%) @ $32
Last parcel (20%) - low ball offer @ $30 <-- I am only anticipating this if fiscal stimulus takes to long to get traction, if at all, hence the lower percentage. Wesfarmers has a lot of exposure through the Kmart group to China.
Hope that helps! I'm sure others will give a price around the mid-low $30's also?
