My understanding would be if the FIRB reject the deal then it reverts to Ansteel underwriting the debt.

If the EPA reject the deal then there was little point the project having major project status with the government, the chinese prime minister and our then prime minister watching the two heads of the companies sign the deal and the Oakagee Port project being recently rubber stamped by the WA premier...but stranger things have happened.
