the current board WILL NOT issue new options,
bowen did not want this next 249d meeting !

they wanted the meeting not to happen before the AGM . they have no choice on that. they tried to say they would have there on resolutions on options to try to make us change our mind, it did not happen


bowen have broken listing rules on the date of the meeting.
it shoule be held 23 august or earlier ( on a week day) no later then 2 months after document was lodged and annouced on june 23rd.

so bhushan is now trying to take us over for peanuts,but we know ...ill leave my next comment on that ^^^^^^^ for your imagination ;)

that is why the new board needs to be appointed. we shareholders are making a lot of progress , asic has rang me back a few times of late, and other shareholder i know of as well. which is fantastic!!!

great to see buying above 14 cents too !!! any volumes been sold to the ones that will stick together and help put shareholder value back in the hands of good managment that cares about share holders.
