Seriously, I just took the time to read the acceptance for a takeover bid paper from Bhushan Steel and I am gobsmacked! Is this legal, running down the share value, then making out that the new purchase price is a good deal for existing share holders. These guys are out and out crooks!
If a realestate agent came in and undervalued your house, listed it, then purchased it for the discounted price, the agent would be delisted. This is highway robbery.
Bhushan Steel should get real with their offer, 27cents and I'll sell, otherwise they can go away.
