Not long until August and the start of Kala as a production company at Lesedi. The sooner the better , but they seem to have the urgency that this project has been missing since the RFP process was repeated around 10 years ago.
We all suspect Kala will use our TX lines , which BPC need time to assess in order to adopt them. So the sooner we hand them over the better? That needs TLOU funds they may not have yet, and we'll see that Kala mean what they say by producing the first interest free loan.
Will it be like a current account , or will each loan be a separate account? Kala intend to finance dewatering and cleaning up channels to improve flows. One account or two? That is the question.

2.9c is far more realistic that previous sales, and once Kala announce a successful start 2.9c will become a non-starter imho! The Pension Fund convertible debt is repayable at 6c per share , the Doc's is 3.5c , the market price won't be long in surpassing Doc's price , and the 6c level will be the next target.
Mr OG might be looking out for the Pension fund's convertible debt if they want equity. It won't be in their interest to see the market average less 10% rise above 6c and therefore low the number of shares they could receive @ 6c
Same applies to the Doc at 3.5c!
If he was going for equity he'd had done it by now. I think he has opted for cash repayment plus interest which TLOU look likely to afford by 2027. Mr OG will , I hope , decide the same , because both creditors have TLOU's best interests at heart. (And their own , given how many shares they both hold). Dilution of their massive holdings outweigh the number of shares from equity they are entitled to currently.
1.29 billion shares is here to stay if I am right!
