were are all the other shareholders of rocklands ?????


bidders statement has gone out ,
we need to vote to make our say count. other wise your directors will vote against the bowen offer,with our shares & votes , and the share price wont be going north if china coke deal goes though.

its pretty logical to go with the bowen offer of more coal exposure when you compare it with the below mergers and aquasitions.

take a look at co_ckatool coal, there share price did nothing until they got metallica minerals coal leases handed to them on a platter , and look at them now. and they to spent a lot of money on there dingo creek /wondabindi leases,
read up what they spent and were it got there shareprice ?. the co_ckatoo coal share price sat on around 20cents since listing floating between 15 and 22 cents, does that sound familar ? right up until the metallica minerals deal.

there not producing any coal yet either like rci , co_ckatoo coal listed on december 2005.


i have mention the tamaya iberian takeover as well , and how good that was for iberian shareholders.

we know the price history of rocklands share price has been like since listing , and can any one see this stock's current options getting to a price were any one would be likely to excise them they have a 30 cent excise price the highest price rci has been since listing is 28 cents , but it has mainly traded between 24 and 14 cents

rocklands got some of these coal leases in early 2005 we dont have any new coal assets come into the rocklands portfolio with the china coke deal ,

but with bowen we have some great coal leases right in the centre of bowen basin.

it was also mentioned here is no idependant report on the rocklands home page!
it was only released as an annoucment ,
