    Changed my vote to YES online last night. This deal is fair and reasonable to shareholders... so much for the 'independent expert's' opinion.

    This deal should have been the one presented to us first... I will therefore be voting against any election of current CER board members in the new entity.

    I would encourage all CER shareholders to reconsider your vote and Vote YES!
