Who knows what caused the drop. I certainly noticed AS's package. My thoughts are;

The targets for the options seem fair enough to me. Can anyone tell me, if the share price is lower at the date on which we vote on this package, will this subsequently lower the price target AS needs to achieve? I don't see a clause anywhere stating that, I just see price targets of $1.70, $2.20 & $3.22. Seems reasonable if they are indeed the targets.

In regards to the Restricted Stock, I actually like this method of remuneration. Some of the performance milestones seem fair enough, in particular
- First new agreement for UNI with partner other than SA
- Agreement with pharma for a new product

However, I must say, it is pretty excessive to give 3 seperate milestones for the following
- 100 mil orders from SA
- Installation of first RTFS line
- First shipment of RTFS

I would have thought those three milestones could be combined into a single milestone & subsequent reward. Given its pretty much a given that SA will order 100 mil, and that if we get the line installed we will indeed ship the product, these three just seem like a cash grab to me.


Its a hell of a lot of money for a company at our stage of development, but equally, the performance targets will add significant value to the company as a whole and thus AS would deserve to be rewarded as such.
