I shouldn't have to respond to posts such as that but I will even though I'm probably wasting my time.
I am not a public servant/union hack. I work for the largest fund manager in Australia.
I was happy to see the last gov swept from office but I am frustrated at the lack of anything meaningful being done by the current government. They truly are wasting their mandate by having sat on their hands for a year.
The level hatred from you and posters like you towards anyone who is not genuflecting at the Right of the political spectrum is truly astonishing. There is no need to label everyone in the soft right / centre as communists. It adds nothing to the debate and is the sort of crap that turns off most people from contributing to this forum.
I may be asking for too much but I hope that notwithstanding there being differing viewpoints there can at least be some civility in the debate.
