yeah a little bit of that. but perhaps there is more to it than meets the eye?

the sun shines it's light impartially on all beings.
isn't that what jesus (and all of us, at various times) did?
even though jesus had some harsh words to say to the pharisees, he didn't send a couple of bears to maul them.
jesus said that he was not the father, but if you have seen him you have seen the father
just the same as if you have seen the sun then you have seen the light.
the sun is but a portal to the light that comes from the infinite void, or the quantum vacuum.
many church-going folks repeat the word "amen" - perhaps some insight could be gained from investigating this phenomena.
it is interesting to note that father also means father.
to see the father means to see what is likely to be farther on - perhaps as a result of one are currently doing.
long term rather than short term.
short term relative pain for long term gain?
yes, there may be some degree of creativity here
but if we have some ability to contribute to the creation, or evolution, of the world we would want to live in (not just as a human form), then why not do it?
