Hi Guys,
I can understand long term shareholders being very frustrated but surely this has become a bargain now. The share price has halved over the last year. Currently we can buy in at three quarters of the price that the company is likely to get for these commercial properties for that is how they have valued them and that ignores the value of the company's management rights.
The management of Aspen Parks all around Australia would surely be worth considerable value, and not being tangible, it is not included in the current net tangible assets of $1.66 a share.
I have been buying strongly today, and catching my breath as I watched the share price fall. I am hoping we have seen the low price for this stock today. If not, I will continue to buy.
