Might I add the company is obliged to give you (if you request) a list of the shareholders names, their shareholding & contact details (ie address).

Get a list down to holders of 500,000 in shares

If you want to start a group action, it will take some time & money to orchestrate & mobilise your forces, you won't get there with HC alone.

Do the math & see if it can be done.

Not impossible, but a hard path when the majority shareholders (seem) to have already decided on their path forward.
