Champ and Sigma Delta, you are incorrect. The Chinese use a generic term for phosphate fertilizer, it covers DAP, MAP, rock phosphate, phosphuric acid used in fertilizer, and any other form of phosphate fertilizer. Therefore it is a 135% tariff on rock phosphate also.
Similar situation to Morrocco, they're just not going to give away cheap rock anymore. In the case of Morrocco, why would you when Phosphate is their largest export, and food and fuel are their largest import, both of which have inflated enormously.
