Sure, Ydsrus suggested a UN peacekeeping force along with the inspectors. I reckon that would be a good idea if it worked, but Saddam would have to disagree (guilty or not) because that would bee seen as afront to the sovereignity of his country; he would lose face.

Could the above situation be because of the apparent number of police involved in the distribution of the same?
