quite very simply in a VERY SIMPLE WAY: EPS for 2012 will be say 1.6; so in 2011 ppl will already look at EPS for 2012 (forward looking); So next year this time, if the forecast remains for 2012 an EPS of 1.6 , AND growth for 2013 is also quite good at 15-20%, then the market will give a forward PE of say 14-15 right??
So EPS 1.6*15 which is 24bucks
So we're 5 bucks under what the value will be next year on very very simple terms or 26.3% under 24bucks
