MOU..mamorandum of understanding is not a contract nor is it binding,,WORTHLESS...GCN Directors want to see if the P1 Valuation is gospel.....Someone got the "INSIDE"..and has run with it not understanding the whole content..You can take a punt at 4.4c only to lose 50% in a few days...Lessons have not been learnt re "DOT COM DAYS"...
