Xstata et al did not make a counter bid for ZFX or OXR as they will take Oz Minerals out in one swoop.
Global mining consolidation is happening and will continue.
I give this company 6 months before it is bought out - estimate $4.50 per share.
My thoughts.....very compelling value.
