Iron ore has been running hot but is now priced in to FMG's SP. IMHO FMG has been running on debt-fuelled hype. It is a rare breed of ASX stock that is heavily debt-wridden and whose SP has not been targeted for slaughter.

Every time I study FMG I end up stunned by how much debt there is to service & how little real earnings there has been. Post sub-prime & while rates are high IMHO it's a clear, "No way Hose!"
