Pen, I must have gone mad. I can't find where I thought I'd read that drilling was expected to slow to 3' per hour after casing - so imagine that the 300' to lower Barker was a speed read mistake form me.....it's the only thing I can think, as I've re read the last couple of anns.

So - at least if hte 7' an hour can continue, we can hope for news on Tuesday.
I always like to allow a little extra time.
I know the well is ahead of time, and I hope it stays that way - but something can always happen to slow progress.
Knowing that something could happen to put in a 24 hour delay, like casing not being completed in expected time frame etc, then there isn't as much disappointment when the progress reports don't come as thick and fast as you'd like.

I keep saying patience is a virtue - and everyone just needs to keep a clear head and realistic expectations.

If we get a Monday update - great - and if not - as long as the casing is safely done - great.
