What is La Jolla - it is a suckubus, sucking the living life and vitality out of stocks till one day finally a company wakes up and realises it has made a mistake and destroyed all the shareholders wealth by using it. The reason why companies like HTX use La Jolla is because no one else will give them money. So they issue shares at a discount to market to them and they dump them immediately at a profit. Simple money making business but the only ones making money here is La Jolla. Question is can a company survive - many have and once they have rid themselves of the suckubus they prosper, but many haven't, so where are they now??
HTX need to pull something out of the bag and it needs to be quick...............................................
