While a base and move higher would be welcomed by most, in reality I believe this will only be sustainable IF both of the following occur:

1. The $1.9m grant over two years comes through from those good fellas and gals running the country approve it (meaning no strong need to conduct a CR), and

2. POC, 1 or 2, or hopefully both also come through with significant, detailed contracts that are time acceptable.

Otherwise this is nothing more than a short term blip.....

Having said that I expect both, albeit the 2nd may not be as detailed as the market expects. After all maybe Phillips or someone else is in but it could be a long time before we see an actual product on the shelves.
