I as a shareholder would like to know what OBL's management are doing to recoup funds spent and money lost due to the above? This has now taken 5 months and NOTHING has happened. If BHP, RIO or FMG was playing the role of OBL this would have not even been heard in the court.
This country no longer has room for the small players.
